Dawn Lipsey

Dawn Lipsey, a credentialed minister in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN), is a dynamic instructor at ISOW School of Ministry, where she shares her passion for hope-filled teaching and ministry leadership. Since 1992, she has served alongside her husband, Edwin, planting three churches in Texas and currently leading as co-pastor of South Cleveland Church of God in Cleveland, TN. With a business degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, Dawn excels as a church administrator and holds influential roles, including the first chairwoman of the Tennessee State Ministries Board (elected 2022) and founder of connect groups for credentialed women ministers and pastors’ wives. Her teaching at ISOW (isow.org) draws on her extensive experience to inspire students toward God’s plan for freedom and abundant life, blending scriptural insight with practical ministry strategies. Living in Cleveland, TN, with Edwin, their children Payton, Easton, Ethan, son-in-law Zech, and their dog Mr. Higgins, Dawn equips believers for transformative ministry.
