Dr. Michael Knight

Dr. Michael B. Knight is a transformative leader in ministry and community development, whose visionary leadership as President and Founder of The Never Before Project since 1991 has built an international network dedicated to cultivating young leaders across Intellect, Leadership, Compassion, and Reform. As Senior Pastor of Covenant Community Church in Madisonville, Kentucky since 2000, he shepherds a 1,300-member congregation, manages a $1.5 million budget, oversees $6 million in property, and directs over 300 volunteers while founding impactful businesses like Fun4Kidz, Covenant Capital, and The Promise Bookstore. His community initiatives, including Covenant Care’s poverty alleviation and a $20,000-annual HIV/AIDS outreach with Tri-State Alliance, reflect his heart for social justice. Dr. Knight’s global influence includes training 500,000 pastors as Corporate Board Secretary/Treasurer for the Global Organization: Development of Emerging Young Leaders, planning the 2017 Martin Luther Anniversary Summit in Germany, and developing curriculum as Department Chair of Emerging Young Leaders at Missional University.
