Wayne Dority

Bishop T. Wayne Dority serves as the Second Assistant General Overseer of the Church of God. He has previously led as General Director of Publications, Director of Multi-Cultural Ministries USA and Canada, and as Administrative Bishop in several states and regions, including the Pacific Northwest, Texas, Ohio, and Tennessee. Dority has also contributed at the denominational level as a member of the International Executive Council, the World Missions Board of Directors, the European Theological Seminary Board of Directors, and the Pentecostal Theological Seminary Board of Directors. With 22 years of pastoral experience, he carries a special burden for clergy and local churches. Bishop Dority holds a degree in Theology and a Commercial Pilot Rating. He and his wife, Shelly, have served in ministry together for more than 40 years.
