Robert Vander Maten graduated from Northwestern College with a B.S. in Education (1975) and earned an MBA from Oral Roberts University (1981). He traveled with TRUTH, a music ministry, from 1975 to 1978, performing globally. Married to Joleen since August 13, 1977, they faced a miscarriage and Joleen’s malignant brain tumor, miraculously healed, allowing nearly 40 more years together and three children: Deidra, Jaclene, and Joshua, with 11 grandchildren. Widowed in 2019, Robert has been president of Noseworthy Travel since 1997, leading over 150 trips to Israel.
