This study is based on one of Apostle Paul’s letters he wrote while in prison – the book of Ephesians. It is said that Paul, while in prison, was literally bound in chains to a Roman soldier. His thoughts in Ephesians about the Armor of God were based on what he saw of the Roman soldier’s armor, and he compared the “armor” that Christians must outfit themselves with to that armor. This course elucidates why the Armor of God is crucial to the Christian life, and what it takes to “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil” (Ephesians 6:11).
