Bill McDaniel is an accomplished ministry leader and instructor, bringing extensive experience in discipleship, leadership development, and church engagement to his teaching. From 2016 to 2019, Bill served as the Central Next Steps Director at Church of the Highlands in Birmingham, Alabama, where he oversaw the Growth Track and Dream Team systems across multiple campuses. In this role, he developed and implemented programs to help individuals discover their redemptive purpose, connect with community, and serve effect structured discipleship pathways. His expertise in these areas is reflected in training resources he created, equipping other churches to adopt similar systems.

Pastor Chuck Noel, an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God, has served in ministry for over 40 years, holding leadership roles in four states, leading four pastorates, and serving as Executive Pastor at Twin Rivers Worship Center and Riverhills Church. A graduate of Central Christian University, he has also participated in numerous denominational boards and committees. Chuck’s greatest passion is preparing the next generation for leadership and teaching God’s Word. He considers it his greatest privilege to be the husband of Sharon and father to daughters Amber and Jordan. Pastor Chris Quinn is a devoted pastor with over two decades of impactful ministry, passionately nurturing the faith of children and families while fostering vibrant communities rooted in Christ. Beginning his journey in 2001 as Children’s Pastor at Twin Rivers Worship Center, Chris spent seven years crafting engaging programs that blended worship, teaching, and discipleship to introduce young hearts to Jesus. In 2009, he joined North Cleveland Church of God as Children’s Pastor, where for five years he developed innovative ministries, strengthening spiritual growth and family partnerships. Dr. Brian K. Hagerty is a dynamic ordained minister, educator, and evangelist whose multifaceted ministry blends profound biblical teaching with real-world service, impacting lives globally as President of Omega Harvest Ministries (OHM) since 1998 and an esteemed instructor at the International School of the Word (ISOW). Holding a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Theology and serving as an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) since 2000, Dr. Hagerty delivers transformative teachings on "Living in the Supernatural," emphasizing Spirit-led principles, holiness, and practical ministry skills. As founder of OHM, he equips church leaders through innovative programs like The Servanthood and Serving God by Serving The Church, fostering revival, unity, and spiritual alignment across congregations. His pastoral leadership includes serving as Lead Pastor of Cross Church SWFL in Port Charlotte, Florida (2018–2021) and Dean at Covenant University’s Port Charlotte extension, alongside a 16-year tenure on the Board of LifeGivers International Ministries, supporting missions in Honduras. A former firefighter, sheriff’s deputy, and current sixth-grade American history teacher at Great Hearts Anthem Preparatory Academy in Arizona, Dr. Hagerty enriches his teaching with diverse perspectives on leadership and service. Dr. Bryan Cutshall is an international conference speaker, teacher and consultant. He is the president of ISOW School of Ministry which has almost 10,000 students in 80 countries. He is also the president of Church Trainer, a resource ministry for churches and leaders. He is also the director of Omega Center International in Cleveland, TN. Dr. Cutshall has authored 48 books, including numerous training manuals for churches. He has planted one church, personally led over 50 mission trips as well as many tours to Israel, and has previously served in the role of pastor for 35 years. Bryan and his wife, Faith, together with their entire family, serve in full-time ministry.
