Dr. J Jay Rigney, founder of Dr. Rigney Eye Care & Eyewear in Owasso, Oklahoma, graduated from Northeastern State University College of Optometry and has over 33 years of experience. Board-certified in anterior segment laser procedures, PRK laser vision correction, Yag laser capsulotomies, and glaucoma treatment, he also performs minor surgical procedures and treats eye infections. A member of the American and Oklahoma Optometric Associations, he authored two books on the eye’s creation and serves on the deacon board of Christ’s Church of Owasso. Married with six children, he enjoys family time.
