This course is taught by ISOW President Dr. Bryan Cutshall, a former head pastor with decades of experience in a megachurch, as well as experience in training ministers, writing books, and serving on the Church of God Council of Eighteen, among other accomplishments. Dr. Cutshall has used the wisdom gained from a lifetime of ministry to develop tools for churches and ministers to properly manage their church administration according to biblical and practical principles.
In this course, Dr. Cutshall details the role of elder and gives practical advice on their appointment, duties, qualifications, policy, management, and day-to-day procedure.
