A 2001 graduate with a Bachelor’s in Theological Studies from Logos Christian University in Jacksonville, Florida, she earned a Master’s in Church Administration and Finance in 2007 and a Doctor of Divinity in 2019, with ordination as a minister in 2002. In 2016, she was anointed as a prophet through the Prophetic and Apostolic School of Kingdom Vision International. With her husband, Pastor Eddie Castillo, she founded EMC Ministries Inc. in 2003, focusing on spreading the Gospel, restoring the lost, and empowering leaders, and currently co-pastors Holy Spirit and Fire Church in Miami, Florida. Dr. Angel Marcial, a distinguished pastor and leader within the Church of God (Cleveland, TN), brings decades of ministry experience to ISOW Español at ISOW School of Ministry (isow.org). Originally from Puerto Rico, he began his pastoral journey at the Church of God in Hato, Tejas, Bayamón, and later served nine years as pastor in Vista Alegre, RÃo Piedras. In 1996, he became National Overseer of the Church of God in Puerto Rico, followed by his role as Superintendent of the Hispanic Caribbean from 2002, overseeing churches in Puerto Rico, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Aruba, and Curaçao. From 2006 to 2018, he served as Administrative Bishop of the Southeast Hispanic Region of the United States. A scholar with a Master of Pastoral Studies from Pentecostal Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. from McCormick Theological Seminary, Dr. Marcial is a respected voice on social justice, advocating for issues like migrant rights through Church of God platforms. Since his appointment at the 2018 General Assembly, he has served as Field Director for Latin America, guiding the denomination’s mission across the region.
