Originally from White Cloud, Michigan, Pastor Kelvin moved to Tennessee in the early 1980s to pursue a degree in Christian Education from Lee College. He later earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Pastoral Counseling from the Church of God Theological Seminary. His pastoral journey includes successful tenures in Princeton, North Carolina, Denver, Colorado, and Kinser Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee, before returning to Cleveland in 2000. Currently, he serves as Lead Pastor of Westmore Church of God, President of Operation Compassion, and a member of the Church of God International Council of Eighteen, Tennessee State Council, and Ministerial Development Board. Married to Debbie, they have three sons—Shane (with Jennifer and son Jentsen), Kyle (with April and children Jacob, Isaac, Caroline, Stella, and Asher), and John (with Polly). Pastor Kelvin’s hobbies include football, golf, hunting, and snowmobiling. Under his leadership, Westmore developed a former golf course into a campus with ministry centers.
