Dr. Bryan Cutshall is an international conference speaker, teacher and consultant. He is the president of ISOW School of Ministry which has almost 10,000 students in 80 countries. He is also the president of Church Trainer, a resource ministry for churches and leaders. He is also the director of Omega Center International in Cleveland, TN. Dr. Cutshall has authored 48 books, including numerous training manuals for churches. He has planted one church, personally led over 50 mission trips as well as many tours to Israel, and has previously served in the role of pastor for 35 years. Bryan and his wife, Faith, together with their entire family, serve in full-time ministry.

Associate Pastor Kasey Goins, with his wife Tiffany, serves Watts Bar Community Church, where Tiffany leads the prayer team and Kasey oversees the Celebrate Recovery Ministry. The youngest son of founding pastors Kenneth and Connie Goins and brother to Pastor Kelly, they have four children. Kasey’s passion for healing and restoration shines in his ministry. Dr. Timothy Hill has served in national and international Christian leadership for many years. As General Overseer of the Church of God (Cleveland, TN), he serves as Presiding Bishop for over seven million members of the church in over 180 countries around the world. His past service as General Director of World Missions for the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) took him to more than 100 nations of the world giving oversight to a large multifaceted and diverse global ministry. Previous ministry roles include assistant general overseer and secretary general of the Church of God; chairman of the Church of God International Executive Council; and as administrative bishop of the Church of God in Southern Ohio and Oklahoma. Prior to entering administrative work, Dr. Hill served as senior pastor of Riveroak Church of God in Danville, Virginia, where he hosted daily television and radio programs. He is a graduate of Lee University, Cleveland, Tennessee, and received a Doctorate of Ministry from Church of God Theological Seminary, Cleveland, Tennessee. Dr. Hill has authored several books of sermons and has written 200 gospel songs. He is the author of the number one song, He’s Still in the Fire, which was voted Song of the Year by Gospel Voice Magazine. He began recording at age 16 and has 18 recording projects to his credit, including many original songs. Married to Paula, they have three daughters and five grandchildren. Matthew Foley, a third-generation preacher, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lee University in 2020 with a BA in Theological Studies. After moving to Cleveland, TN in 2016, Matthew has served at OCI as a small group leader and as a member of the Prayer Team, especially for Warriorfest- the ministry’s youth conference. Along with this experience in practical ministry, he has instructed over 11 ISOW courses, including 1 & 2 Corinthians Courses, New & Old Testament Survey Courses, Greek 101 & 201, Theology of Grace, and more. Originally from White Cloud, Michigan, Pastor Kelvin moved to Tennessee in the early 1980s to pursue a degree in Christian Education from Lee College. He later earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Pastoral Counseling from the Church of God Theological Seminary. His pastoral journey includes successful tenures in Princeton, North Carolina, Denver, Colorado, and Kinser Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee, before returning to Cleveland in 2000. Currently, he serves as Lead Pastor of Westmore Church of God, President of Operation Compassion, and a member of the Church of God International Council of Eighteen, Tennessee State Council, and Ministerial Development Board. Married to Debbie, they have three sons—Shane (with Jennifer and son Jentsen), Kyle (with April and children Jacob, Isaac, Caroline, Stella, and Asher), and John (with Polly). Pastor Kelvin’s hobbies include football, golf, hunting, and snowmobiling. Under his leadership, Westmore developed a former golf course into a campus with ministry centers. Dr. Daniel Walker, an alumnus of Lee University (B.S. in Bible and Theology, 1998) and Pentecostal Theological Seminary (M.Div., 1999; D.Min., 2010), is a Licensed Professional Counselor certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. With over 25 years in ministry, including 13+ years as Lead Pastor, he transitioned to clinical therapy in 2016, becoming licensed in 2017. Specializing in anxiety, depression, addiction, conflict resolution, and pastoral failure, he has 28 years of pastoral counseling experience. Dr. Michael D. Reynolds, director of Ministerial Development at Church of God International Offices since 2018, served as senior pastor of New Life Celebration Church of God in Dolton, Illinois, from 1992 to 2020. Under his leadership, the church planted eight churches and established an elementary school serving pre-school to 8th-grade students. He also serves as president of the New Life Urban Educational Center, a discipleship arm of the church, and as a chaplain for the FBI. Pastor Edwin Lipsey, Lead Pastor of South Cleveland Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee, brings over 34 years of pastoral ministry experience, having planted three churches in Texas. Since 1992, he has partnered with his wife, Dawn, a credentialed Church of God minister with a business degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Dawn serves as the church’s Office Administrator and Arise Women Pastor, and was elected chairwoman of the Tennessee State Ministries Board in 2022. They have three children—Payton, Easton, and Ethan—a son-in-law, Zech, and a dog, Mr. Higgins. Known as the “fittest pastor in Cleveland,” Edwin is developing a wedding pavilion on a 36-acre farm. He serves on the Church of God World Missions Board and leads community outreach. Pastor Chris, with over 34 years as a pastor in associate and lead roles and 39 years in ministry, launched a new venture in 2022 as the visionary founder of BLDR, focusing on building marriages, teams, people, and dreams. Pastor Rhonda Davis serves as Lead Pastor of Church of the Harvest in Cleveland, Tennessee, a vibrant multi-denominational congregation she co-founded with her late husband, Pastor Hank Davis, over 30 years ago. Born into a minister’s family, Rhonda traveled across the U.S. with her parents, preaching and singing, shaping her commitment to restoration, redemption, and restoring dignity. She assumed the lead pastor role after Hank’s passing on October 6, 2021, continuing their vision of ministering to the lost and hurting through Christ’s love. Rhonda, a widow, has two daughters, Courtney Brown and Christine Davis, one son-in-law, Michael Brown, and three granddaughters. Dr. French L. Arrington, an ordained bishop in the Church of God, has served as a pastor and taught for 17 years at Lee University, chairing the Department of Bible and Theology and receiving the Excellence in Teaching Award. He holds a professorship in New Testament Greek and Pauline Studies and taught at Pentecostal Theological Seminary. A global lecturer, he has spoken at seminaries in Korea, Puerto Rico, and Russia, among others, and contributed to the Staley Foundation. Arrington’s extensive publications include Paul’s Aeon Theology in I Corinthians, Acts of the Apostles: Introduction, Translation and Commentary, and Christian Doctrine: a Pentecostal Perspective. He served as general editor for the Life in the Spirit New Testament Commentary and contributed to the Fire Bible.
