Church leaders often expect challenges in ministry. What many are not prepared for are the moments when a crisis suddenly impacts the church.

A leadership failure surfaces.
A disaster affects the community.
A member is struggling with mental health or trauma.
A situation threatens the unity and stability of the congregation.

In moments like these, pastors often ask:

  • How should a church respond during a crisis?
  • What is the wisest way to lead people through difficult situations?
  • How can a pastor respond with compassion while maintaining biblical integrity?
  • How should leaders handle moral failure or serious ministry challenges?

Crisis Management is a biblical leadership course designed to help pastors and ministry leaders navigate difficult moments with wisdom, clarity, and compassion.

This course explores how Scripture guides leaders through hardship and how churches can respond in ways that care for people while strengthening the ministry.
