Dr. Bryan Cutshall is an international conference speaker, teacher and consultant. He is the president of ISOW School of Ministry which has almost 10,000 students in 80 countries. He is also the president of Church Trainer, a resource ministry for churches and leaders. He is also the director of Omega Center International in Cleveland, TN. Dr. Cutshall has authored 48 books, including numerous training manuals for churches. He has planted one church, personally led over 50 mission trips as well as many tours to Israel, and has previously served in the role of pastor for 35 years. Bryan and his wife, Faith, together with their entire family, serve in full-time ministry.

Dr. Daniel Walker, an alumnus of Lee University (B.S. in Bible and Theology, 1998) and Pentecostal Theological Seminary (M.Div., 1999; D.Min., 2010), is a Licensed Professional Counselor certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. With over 25 years in ministry, including 13+ years as Lead Pastor, he transitioned to clinical therapy in 2016, becoming licensed in 2017. Specializing in anxiety, depression, addiction, conflict resolution, and pastoral failure, he has 28 years of pastoral counseling experience. Pastor Chris, with over 34 years as a pastor in associate and lead roles and 39 years in ministry, launched a new venture in 2022 as the visionary founder of BLDR, focusing on building marriages, teams, people, and dreams. A Gottman Leader trained in John Gottman’s The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, he is also a certified Instructor with Live The Life’s Adventures In Marriage and a certified Maxwell Leadership Team Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. Since August 2023, Chris has served as Managing Editor at ISOW School of Ministry, blending spiritual insights with practical skills in his teaching. Passionate about Jesus, his wife, family, personal growth, physical fitness, and BLDR, Chris brings a dynamic approach to ISOW’s online Bible school, offering courses that equip students for ministry and personal development. Originally from White Cloud, Michigan, Pastor Kelvin moved to Tennessee in the early 1980s to pursue a degree in Christian Education from Lee College. He later earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Pastoral Counseling from the Church of God Theological Seminary. His pastoral journey includes successful tenures in Princeton, North Carolina, Denver, Colorado, and Kinser Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee, before returning to Cleveland in 2000. Currently, he serves as Lead Pastor of Westmore Church of God, President of Operation Compassion, and a member of the Church of God International Council of Eighteen, Tennessee State Council, and Ministerial Development Board. Married to Debbie, they have three sons—Shane (with Jennifer and son Jentsen), Kyle (with April and children Jacob, Isaac, Caroline, Stella, and Asher), and John (with Polly). Pastor Kelvin’s hobbies include football, golf, hunting, and snowmobiling. Under his leadership, Westmore developed a former golf course into a campus with ministry centers. James “Chris” Stallings serves as Associate Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience (ODR&R). He oversees national efforts to help communities recover from disasters through effective coordination with federal, state, and local partners. Previously, Stallings served as Director of the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency, leading responses to statewide emergencies and the COVID-19 pandemic. With extensive experience in public safety, emergency management, and crisis coordination, he brings a wealth of insight on leadership in high-pressure environments.

Bishop Phillip A. Thompson serves as Director of Men and Women of Action, a global ministry mobilizing volunteers for disaster relief, construction, and missions work. He began full-time ministry as a youth pastor in Beckley, West Virginia, later serving 18 years as Music and Media Pastor at Heritage Fellowship in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Alongside his ministry, Phil invested in his local community as a high school football coach and developed a lifelong passion for missions following his first trip to Trinidad and Tobago in 1995. Since becoming Director of MWOA in 2017, he has worked to expand the organization’s reach through Action Teams in local churches and around the world. He and his wife, Naomi, have four children and five grandchildren.

Dr. David Cooper serves as Lead Pastor of Mount Paran Church of God in Atlanta, Georgia, a vibrant congregation of more than 13,000 members. He is a noted author, therapist, and recording artist whose ministry spans the church, classroom, and counseling center. Dr. Cooper teaches leadership, counseling, and pastoral ministry at Southeastern University, Richmont University, and other institutions, and is a featured instructor in the Church of God’s ministerial training programs. A licensed professional counselor and registered mediator, he combines deep theological insight with practical wisdom for life.
