Rev. Dr. Sean O'Neal is a distinguished Ordained Bishop and instructor at ISOW School of Ministry, bringing decades of leadership as the State Administrative Bishop for Arizona in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) since 1999. Based in Phoenix, he oversees approximately 40 congregations, training and appointing clergy to advance the denomination’s mission. With a BA in Intercultural and Multicultural Diversity Studies from Lee University and a Master’s in Theological Studies (Cum Laude) from Westminster Theological Seminary, he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Theology and Religion (Intercultural and Practical Theology) at the University of Birmingham. A Board Certified Coach and member of the Upsilon Xi Christian Fraternity, Sean authored Bridges to People, reflecting his passion for building Christ-centered relationships. His ISOW courses (isow.org) equip students with practical and theological tools for ministry, drawing on his expertise in leadership and evangelism. Dr. Michael D. Reynolds, director of Ministerial Development at Church of God International Offices since 2018, served as senior pastor of New Life Celebration Church of God in Dolton, Illinois, from 1992 to 2020. Under his leadership, the church planted eight churches and established an elementary school serving pre-school to 8th-grade students. He also serves as president of the New Life Urban Educational Center, a discipleship arm of the church, and as a chaplain for the FBI. Married to Erica since 1981, they have four children—Michael II, Celenna, Jonathan, and Cicely—and four grandchildren. At ISOW School

Dr. Bryan Cutshall is an international conference speaker, teacher and consultant. He is the president of ISOW School of Ministry which has almost 10,000 students in 80 countries. He is also the president of Church Trainer, a resource ministry for churches and leaders. He is also the director of Omega Center International in Cleveland, TN. Dr. Cutshall has authored 48 books, including numerous training manuals for churches. He has planted one church, personally led over 50 mission trips as well as many tours to Israel, and has previously served in the role of pastor for 35 years. Bryan and his wife, Faith, together with their entire family, serve in full-time ministry.
