Dr. Bryan Cutshall is an international conference speaker, teacher and consultant. He is the president of ISOW School of Ministry which has almost 10,000 students in 80 countries. He is also the president of Church Trainer, a resource ministry for churches and leaders. He is also the director of Omega Center International in Cleveland, TN. Dr. Cutshall has authored 48 books, including numerous training manuals for churches. He has planted one church, personally led over 50 mission trips as well as many tours to Israel, and has previously served in the role of pastor for 35 years. Bryan and his wife, Faith, together with their entire family, serve in full-time ministry.
Pastor Jamie Massey serves as Discipleship Pastor at Life Church Huntsville in Alabama, where she and her husband, Victor, also founded the City of Lights Dream Center, a ministry dedicated to breaking the cycles of poverty and addiction in Walker County.
An ordained minister in the Church of God, Jamie has preached and trained leaders around the world, with a special passion for equipping emerging leaders through her intensive Leadership Mentoring Program. She is the author of The Call to Mentor, Like a Vapor, and Yearning for Renewal. She serves on both the Board of Directors for Alabama Christian Recovery Ministries and as Chair of the International Board of Credentialed Women in the Church of God.
Jamie and Victor have served in ministry together for decades as evangelists, pastors, and state leaders. They are the proud parents of two sons, two daughters-in-love, and five grandchildren. Above all, Jamie is a passionate follower of Christ, a devoted wife, a caring mother, and a loving grandmother.
Pastor John Kilpatrick serves as the Founder and Executive Pastor of Church of His Presence in Daphne, Alabama. He is best known for his pastoral leadership during two historic moves of God—the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida, and the Bay Revival in Mobile, Alabama.
With more than 50 years of pastoral ministry, including 22 years at Brownsville Assembly of God, Kilpatrick continues to carry a passion for revival. Today, he ministers across the nation, spreads the fire of awakening through media outreach, and fulfills an apostolic calling by mentoring ministers and helping to establish churches.
He and his wife, Brenda, have faithfully served in ministry together for decades.
Pastor Maurice “Mo” Huggins, Jr. serves as the Lead Pastor of Mountain West Church in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. Originally from Connecticut, Mo committed his life to Christ at a young age and has spent the last 12 years in ministry as a student pastor, teaching pastor, and associate pastor before stepping into his current role.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Pastoral Leadership and a master’s
degree in Homiletics, and is currently completing a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Preaching.
A gifted communicator, Mo carries a deep passion to see Revelation 7:9 fulfilled on earth as it is in Heaven, a church made up of every nation, tribe, people, and language, worshiping before the throne of God.
His greatest joy is his family: his wife, Tiana, and their three sons, Maurice III, Maverick, and Myles.
Pastor Victor Massey currently serves as the Lead Pastor of Life Church Huntsville in Huntsville, Alabama, a vibrant church with a mission to Love God, Reach the City, and Serve the World. He stepped into this role in October 2024, bringing with him decades of full-time ministry leadership dating back to 1983.
Victor and his wife, Jamie, co-founded the City of Lights Dream Center, a faith-based initiative with a vision to equip and empower communities for a brighter future in Walker County.
With a vision for transformation, Victor seeks to see people, neighborhoods, and the world transformed by the love of Jesus. This calling is evident in his leadership, preaching, and community development.
Married to Jamie since June 3, 1983, they are the proud parents of two sons, Micah (married to Shannon) and Caleb (married to Nubya), and grandparents to five grandchildren: Oliver, Liam, Luca, Levi, and Isabel Victoria.
Bishop T. Wayne Dority serves as the Second Assistant General Overseer of the Church of God. He has previously led as General Director of Publications, Director of Multi-Cultural Ministries USA and Canada, and as Administrative Bishop in several states and regions, including the Pacific Northwest, Texas, Ohio, and Tennessee.
Dority has also contributed at the denominational level as a member of the International Executive Council, the World Missions Board of Directors, the European Theological Seminary Board of Directors, and the Pentecostal Theological Seminary Board of Directors.
With 22 years of pastoral experience, he carries a special burden for clergy and local churches.
Bishop Dority holds a degree in Theology and a Commercial Pilot Rating. He and his wife, Shelly, have served in ministry together for more than 40 years.
Reverend Mark L. Williams, a distinguished minister and educator, serves as an instructor at ISOW School of Ministry, bringing decades of leadership and pastoral experience to his transformative courses. He now serves as the Third Assistant General Overseer of the Church of God. As former Lead Pastor of North Cleveland Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee, and former General Overseer of the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) from 2012 to 2016, he has guided one of the denomination’s most historic congregations and its global network of over 8 million members. Holding a BA from Lee University, an M.Div. and D.Min. from Pentecostal Theological Seminary, and an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from Lee University, Dr. Williams combines deep theological insight with practical ministry expertise. Married to Sandra Kay, with two sons, he draws on his extensive experience in church governance, preaching, and mentorship to equip ISOW students for effective ministry. His courses emphasize Spirit-led leadership, biblical preaching, and kingdom impact, making him a vital part of ISOW’s mission to provide accessible, transformative education. Dr. Timothy Hill has served in national and international Christian leadership for many years. As General Overseer of the Church of God (Cleveland, TN), he serves as Presiding Bishop for over seven million members of the church in over 180 countries around the world. His past service as General Director of World Missions for the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) took him to more than 100 nations of the world giving oversight to a large multifaceted and diverse global ministry. Previous ministry roles include assistant general overseer and secretary general of the Church of God; chairman of the Church of God International Executive Council; and as administrative bishop of the Church of God in Southern Ohio and Oklahoma. Prior to entering administrative work, Dr. Hill served as senior pastor of Riveroak Church of God in Danville, Virginia, where he hosted daily television and radio programs. He is a graduate of Lee University, Cleveland, Tennessee, and received a Doctorate of Ministry from Church of God Theological Seminary, Cleveland, Tennessee. Dr. Hill has authored several books of sermons and has written 200 gospel songs. He is the author of the number one song, He’s Still in the Fire, which was voted Song of the Year by Gospel Voice Magazine. He began recording at age 16 and has 18 recording projects to his credit, including many original songs. Married to Paula, they have three daughters and five grandchildren.
